Competitive Analysis
In order to understand CRM (Customer Relationship Management) we conducted a thorough analysis. We found Freshworks to be the most intuitive and trendy amongst the competitors

User Research
In response to insights from user personas and journeys, we propose an app designed to:

The Information Architecture (IA) significantly improved the structuring of our solution, providing clear guidance for presenting our proposal more effectively to potential clients.

We had quick rounds of iteration where we created proposed screens with our main focus being on successfully organizing relevant information and features of our product
